Amazing food and cocktails with a great vibe. The flavors and textures were some of the best we've ever had. Highly recommend the black pepper sauce on any sizzling plate! Happy hour also allows you to try a bunch of tasty treats for a fraction of the price. Bartender was very attentive to our needs. A must return restaurant!
This establishment has recently changed hands and now showcases a delightful fusion of Asian flavors. I was genuinely impressed by how expertly they prepare traditional Latin dishes, such as Lomo Saltado, which was cooked to perfection. The waitstaff delivers an exceptional level of service, reminiscent of a five-star dining experience, making every guest feel valued. The drinks are crafted with precision, complementing the exquisite food beautifully. This place truly stands out as a hidden gem, offering a wonderful combination of delectable cuisine, refreshing beverages, and attentive service. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.
Really great drinks and food. We enjoyed the lychee martini and the tequila passion. The tequila passion was the perfect mix of spicy and sweet. Highly recommend! Deep fried gyoza was great for an appetizer. I really liked the stir fried udon with steak, which was a little spicy but so good. My partner had the stir fried tenderloin and also really enjoyed that. It seems like you can not go wrong with anything on their menu. Joe was phenomenal and very attentive and gave great recommendations. We had a great evening!
I love this place The softshell crab burger with truffle fries is such a nice treat. I've always received excellent service there, and today I got to try a custom cocktail of their's (cucumber and basil?) that was outstanding ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I eventually need to try their Peruvian Food, but that probably means that I won't have room for the softshell crab burger Come check them out!
Very kind staff and amazing cocktails. From the moment we stepped in the door the staff were very accommodating and friendly - bar man advised if there was any cocktail we wanted that wasn’t featured on the menu, he could make it for us (which we really appreciated). Ordered a lychee martini and Tokyo old fashioned. Both were absolutely amazing cocktails. The lychee martini was one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Imberial Kichen and Bar for its amazing cocktails and fabulous staff. Hope to return again soon
I had the lychee martini, I really enjoyed it, it was refreshing and sweet. My husband had the beer pitcher (yes, a literal pitcher tower). It was a great value at $21 but I noticed the lid to the tower had a lot of mold on it so we just kept the lid off and ignored what else could be lingering in there so we didn’t ruin the moment for ourselves. We didn’t order any food but it looked really good. I asked the server for a shot with a little lemon juice mixed in but I guess I wasn’t clear enough and she made me a mixed drink. No worries, I’ll still drink it :)
I've been going to imperial on a regular basis for the past few months now. It seems like every item on their menu is delicious and unique. Great mix of Japanese, Chinese, and Southeast Asian dishes, but each with a slight twist that reminds me more of street dishes and home cooking than something you'd find in a typical Asian restaurant. Not to mention the well crafted cocktails. The vibe is nice. Dark and cozy, a little classy, but also a splash of neon with their Chinese street signage. Makes me feel like I'm walking down a food stall-lined street in HK. Truly a unique spot and a belltown gem. And if Joe is working, you're in for a quality time.
This is my favorite place! This is my go to. The food is always cooked perfect tastes incredible. Went last night with friends and everybody had a great time. Very chill, TVs everywhere, great food and a lychee martini that is to die for. Thank you Imperial!!!!
